Shevchenko took on Jaimelene Nievera in Dana White's Tuesday Night Contender Series 11, Antonina TKO'd Nievera with her superior striking abilities during the clinch final round by using knees on the body. Antonina's UFC contract was renewed after this win. Antonina Shevchenko made her UFC debut in the TUF Heavy Hitters Finale against Ji Yeon Kim. Shevchenko fell to Roxanne modafferi in a split decision, after winning her debut fight. Antonina bounced right back after losing and defeated Lucie Pudddilova at UFC on ESPN Covington-Lawler by rear-naked submissions in the 2nd round. The fight was awarded Antonina the Fight of the Night bonus. Shevchenko had a win in her first three bouts, but lost them to Katlyn Cahookagian, Andrea Lee and Ariane Lipski. Antonina has been defeated recently by Casey O'Neill via TKO at UFC Fight Night Santos -Walker.
